Yes, it's normal. Delivery time is between 2 to 5 weeks (US) and 3 to 8 weeks (outside US). It's much more closer to 2 weeks (US) or 3 weeks (outside US) than 5 weeks / 8 weeks but sometimes it can take longer.
This is because we work directly with manufacturers which explains also why we can offer you so competitive prices.
In any case, if you don't receive your order within 61 days (US) or 91 days (outside US), you will get a total refund and you can keep the item when you will receive it.
#5. Why did I only receive one item on my total order?
It's normal. Your ordered items come from different manufacturers and to avoid to keep you waiting for the whole order to be ready, we prefer to ship item separately.
You will then receive your order in several packages, which will multiply the numbers of good news in your mailbox...
#6. How much is shipping?
This depends on the number of products ordered, the total weight, the total amount of your order and where we're shipping to.
Freebies have different shipping & handling rates compared to regular products.
Shipping & handling is calculated before the validation of the order.
